Lymphoedema treatment Sherida is an accredited Lymphoedema practitioner with the Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA).
ALA-registered practitioners undergo extensive training and complete over 25 hours of professional development annually. Sherida offers expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic swelling, including manual lymphatic drainage, bandaging, compression garment fitting, education, and tailored exercises.
